Effective October 26, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of apollorelations.com and any other website operated by Apollo Shareholder Relations Ltd. ("Apollo", "we", "us" or "our") that links to these Terms (the "Sites"). "Content" has the meaning given in our Disclaimer. Our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy form part of these Terms. By using the Sites you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.
1. Who we are
Apollo is an investor relations and marketing firm paid by the companies it works for. Our Disclaimer explains how we are paid, the conflicts that creates, and why the Content is not investment advice. Please read it.
2. No advice and no reliance
The Sites and Content are provided for general information only. They are not investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, and are not a recommendation, offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. Any decision you make is your own.
3. Acceptable use
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to use the Sites. You agree not to:
- use the Sites for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
- copy, scrape, harvest or reproduce the Sites or Content by automated means, except as allowed by our robots.txt file;
- interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Sites or the systems that run them;
- submit false, misleading, unlawful or harmful information through any form on the Sites; or
- present Content as your own, alter it, or remove any disclaimer or disclosure from it.
4. Intellectual property
The Sites and Apollo's own Content, including text, graphics, logos, video and design, are owned by Apollo or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Company news releases and materials belong to the company that issued them. You may view and share Content for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided it is not altered and every disclaimer and disclosure stays attached. Any other use requires our written permission. Company names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners.
5. Information you send us
When you contact us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Do not send us confidential or material non-public information about any company. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you send us comments or ideas, other than personal information, you give Apollo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use them, and we have no duty to keep them confidential.
6. Third-party sites
The Sites may link to websites and services operated by others, including our clients and newswires, which have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
7. No warranties
The Sites and Content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Sites will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
In this section, "Apollo Parties" means Apollo and its principals, employees, contractors and licensors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Apollo Parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, investment value, data or goodwill, arising from or related to the Sites or Content, however caused and on any theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of those damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Apollo Parties' total liability to you for all other claims relating to the Sites or Content is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability under securities legislation, or for fraud or wilful misconduct. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so some of the above may not apply to you.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the Apollo Parties against claims, losses and reasonable costs, including legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Sites or Content, information you submit to us, or your violation of any law or anyone's rights.
10. Changes and access
We may suspend or end your access to the Sites, or any part of them, at any time without notice, including where you breach these Terms or a regulator asks us to. We may change the Sites, the Content or these Terms at any time. Changes to these Terms take effect when posted with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Sites after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law and venue
These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to the Sites or Content are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, except where the law of your place of residence gives you a right that cannot be waived.
12. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect and the unenforceable part is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver. These Terms, with the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Apollo about the Sites and replace any earlier version. You may not assign these Terms; we may. Sections 2, 4, 7, 8, 9 and 11 continue to apply after you stop using the Sites.
